Responsible for delegation, supervision, and completion of tasks. Ensured all of the Marines under my supervision adhered to all rules and safety regulations. Performed as a personal safety officer on dozens of live fire ranges. Mentored Marines from vastly diverse backgrounds to ensure their success and safety.
